How we see the future of d'ADA

In October 2nd, the Third edition of d'ADA, Art Design and Architecture reviewhas ended. The cultural event has been created to promote contemporary visual art and creative languages, mainly of the twentieth century, in Valle Camonica.

In this edition of five meetings, which was again held in person and which will soon be possible to review all online too, there were authoritative guests from the world of visual arts: journalist and writer Lauretta Colonnelli, architect Mario Botta, archaeologist and art historian Salvatore Settis, artist Emilio Isgrò, photographer Uliano Lucas and gallery owner Sergio Casoli.

Goals and ambitious programs in the calendars of the next editions

After a 2021 that ended with a more than positive balance, we are now looking ahead and laying the foundations for the editions to come.

In 2022 we will continue to search for illustrious Italian testimonials from the world of art, design and architecture, but not only. For the future Eletta Flocchini, artistic director of the Review, hopes to be able to welcome foreign guests of international standing too. An important goal not only for the enhancement of visual languages, but also for promoting the Valle Camonica, which since the first 2019 edition has shown itself to be receptive to this type of initiative.

The 4th edition will try to create, as a framework for the interventions, one or more art exhibitions for a new and rich year of proposals and innovations, also built thanks to the important collaborations that d'ADA has managed to build and consolidate over time with Lucefin, the Municipality of Darfo Boario Terme, the Valle Camonica Mountain Community and FAI Vallecamonica.
