This is the essence of the brand new Lucefin Group’s project aimed to corporate sustainability. The project intends to initiate a progressive evolution of its business model towards a posture that is future-proof. The vision that guides this process of change is dictated by the conviction that the (excellent) companies of tomorrow must not only do their product or service well, but, in doing so ,they can create and respond to the many global challenges that await us.

È questa l’essenza che caratterizza il progetto del Gruppo Lucefin, avviato pochi mesi fa, e che ha come oggetto la sostenibilità d’impresa. Il progetto intende avviare un progressiva evoluzione del proprio modello di business verso una postura che sia a prova di futuro. La visione che guida questo processo di cambiamento è dettata dalla convinzione che le imprese (eccellenti) di domani dovranno non solo fare bene il proprio prodotto o servizio, ma nel farlo riescano a creare a rispondere alle molteplici sfide globali che ci attendono. Il Gruppo Lucefin si sta impegnando per integrare nel proprio orizzonte strategico la sostenibilità quale impulso per la creazione di impatto economico, sociale ed ambientale positivo, oltre che valore condiviso tra i propri portatori di interesse, con cui l’azienda ha innescato un processo di ascolto e dialogo aperto.

Essential element for the definition of the basic principles of the sustainable project “Together we Change” is the first result that reports the activities carried out up to now by the Group providing the perspectives and the objectives on which the whole organization will undertake to work, for the next three years, in terms of sustainability.
