The Practical Community, at an operational level, has identified objectives related to three areas: Society, Environment and Transparency. Among the various purposes they are: "the creation of value for the territory, also through collaboration with schools and universities, to dialogue with the new generations", "the commitment to bringing together the efficiency of the company's processes with the aim of a zero-emission economy", "communication understood as an evolutionary, participatory and aggregating factor in the process of corporate growth, but also a proactive and stimulating expression of corporate values ​​in a modern business concept".

At the basis of this project there is a solid desire, that is, to be the promoters of a new business culture in the Brescia area: open to listening, inclusive and a source of enrichment for the communities, the environment and the organizations themselves.
