A delegation of Trafilix Industries of 23 technicians and workers had the opportunity to visit the steel mill Ori Martin – Brescia unit – leader in the production of special steels, as recognition for their participation in the first edition of the course “Steels and their cold transformation”.

After the greeting and the presentation of the Ori Martin Group and the activities of their Brescia plant - including the steel mill, rolling mill, heat treatments and QT Wire - our employees were guided on a journey inside the steel plant where they could experience some processes presented during the classroom.

The visit represented the final moment of the training course on steel transformation and an valuable opportunity to share technical and professional knowledge.

Training, the energy of our development

Training and learning are essential aspects in the corporate life cycle of each of our employees.
With this in mind, the internal training course "Steels and their cold transformation" was launched, dedicated to the personnel of the Trafilix Industries production department and aimed at expanding their technical competence.
Once the excellent participation in the course and the interest in the topics addressed were confirmed, a second edition was re-proposed which included not only the personnel of the production department but also the Trafilix offices.
