New "Trafilix Industries”
The new year has opened with an important change: Tre Valli Acciai S.p.A and Trafitec S.r.l. have completed the merger by incorporation in Trafilix S.p.A, giving birth to the new commercial brand Trafilix Industries.
This operation will lead to the constitution of a new board of directors and arises from the need to simplify the Group's structure, rationalize internal processes and exchanges, create production and logistical synergies between companies, optimize general costs. All of this in full respect of the skills and experience acquired by each unit and the sustainability logics that have always distinguished our choices.
Why did you decide to keep the name Trafilix?
The choice of name Trafilix as a representative logo arises from the will to preserve the origins of the Group and to celebrate the deep attachment to our history. Trafilix, was the first company to be founded in 1973 by Luigi Buzzi and it is also the name that the steel industry has always recognized and associated with the Lucefin production sector, as well as being synonymous with reliability, quality and professionalism.
It is therefore a question of giving a "continuity" to a "new course" and that is why Trafilix evolves today into the commercial brand Trafilix Industries.
The brand, completely restyled, reflects the search for balance and harmony between geometric shapes, in different lines and thicknesses, with the aim of creating an immediate visual link with the steel product.
Its linear, professional and minimalist lettering characterizes the industrial sector to which it belongs, while the choice of blue and gray colors gives elegance and personality.
